REDP-5052 lists the machine types as 8203-E4A, 9407-M15, '9409-M35', 8204-E8A and '9409-M15'. No 9409-M35 or 9409-M15 exists in the other IBM sources; these look like typos for 9408-M25 and 9409-M50, so those two are left out of applies_to.
The feature ships with the drive, one LTO-4 cleaning cartridge and one LTO-4 test cartridge. It is the tape drive in IBM's IBM i Express Edition starting configuration for the 8204-E8A.
